What do you provide?

A unique and fun experience! We will provide all disposable drinkware, napkins, straws, ice, fruit, juices and mixers (when needed). We arrive about 1 to 1.5 hours early to set up for each event. We will go above and beyond for your celebration!

Does Rustic Rail Mobile Bar provide the event's alcohol?

No, State law prevents us from being able to provide the alcohol for your event. We will work with you to determine what to buy and how much to purchase. Directly purchasing the alcohol yourself avoids unnecessary markups, saving you money! Many alcohol distributors allow unopened items to be returned, so you can also purchase more than necessary without having to worry about losing money.

In some areas optional alcohol pickup is available.

Are you insured?

Yes! We carry liquor and general liability insurance for our bartending events and can provide proof to your venue if necessary.

What are the space requirements for the trailer?

The trailer is 14 feet long, 5 feet wide, and 9 feet tall. There needs to be room to maneuver the bar in and out, and the bar needs to sit on flat/level land. The serving window is on the driver side.

Do you need access to power?

Nearby access to a dedicated power source is preferred, but if that is not available our quiet generator can be discussed and added on.

Where are you located, and will you travel?

We are based in Charles Town, WV and our pricing includes travel within a 40-mile radius! We love to venture out, and a longer road trip can be discussed! Traveling is our business and we are always open to your ideas!

What types of events do you service?

Weddings, Bridal Showers, Engagement Parties, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Corporate Event, Holiday Parties, Celebrations of Life, Bar Mitzvahs or Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceanera, Reunions, Tailgates, and more! 

What does it cost to rent the Rustic Rail Mobile Bar?

Pricing varies based on the type of event, guest count, how many hours of serving time you will want and any add-ons! Once we know the details, we will create a custom quote for your event.

Do you provide the bartenders?

Yes! You will get at least 2 bartenders per event. Additional bartenders can be added on for larger events.

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your special day. You will receive a full refund if you cancel 60 days prior to the date of your event, and a 50% refund if you cancel 30-59 days from your event. The retainer can be used for a future event within 6-12 months. Cancellations within 30 days will not be refunded. If all goes as planned, all balance and payments are due on the date of your event before service begins.

I already have bartenders through my licensed caterer. Do you rent out just the trailer?

Trailer bar only rental is done on a case-by-case basis. We require the bar to be operated by a caterer or bartending company that holds general and liquor liability insurance. Please inquire with the details of your event. There is a $500 damage deposit for trailer rentals without bartending service. It is sent before your event and is returned to you after your event once the trailer is picked up and no damage has been done.

What are your accepted forms of payment?
