Rustic Rail Mobile Bar Provides Dry Bartending Services
We provide our custom mobile bar, skilled, certified bartenders, and all of the essential equipment. You supply the alcohol of your choice, and we serve it up in style.
This flexible model allows you to fully customize your drink selection. You can also more effectively manage costs, as you can purchase your alcohol at the location of your choice, and at your preferred budget. (We’ll provide advice on the best locations to shop, and optional alcohol pickup may be available).
We handle every detail behind the bar so you can relax and enjoy the moment with your guests. From simple wine and beer services to craft cocktails and classic pours, our experienced team ensures smooth service, responsible alcohol handling, and polished, professional presentation.
Whether indoors or out, intimate or large-scale, our dry-services mobile bar will add a charming, memorable touch that transforms any gathering into an elevated celebration.

- Full premium mixer package (soda, tonic, fresh juices)

The Trailer Only Package
Details & Requirements
- Rental includes the trailer only. Our bartending services are not included.
- Rental is done on a case-by-case basis and subject to approval.
- The Rustic Rail Mobile Bar’s general and liquor liability insurance will not cover your event.
- A $500 damage deposit will be paid for trailer rental. This is paid before the event, and is refundable when the trailer has been picked up and inspection shows that no damage has been incurred.
